Medium roast with an elegant, smooth cup featuring cocoa notes. Grown by Fazenda Santa Barbara in Parana and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Varieties include Catuai and Mundo Novo, cultivated at 750–1050 meters in volcanic loam soil. Processed with pulped natural and sun-dried methods.
Colombia
Medium roast offering dried orange, berry, and chocolate tasting notes. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin, Antioquia. Includes Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties grown at 1300–1500 meters in volcanic loam. Fully washed and dried using solar dryers.
Costa Rica
Medium roast with sweet apple, raisin, and honey flavors. From micro farms in Alajuela region. Varieties Caturra and Catuai grown at 1300–1445 meters in volcanic loam soil. Eco-pulped and sun-dried.
Ethiopia
Medium-light roast presenting milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel notes. Harvested from smallholder farmers in Sidama Zone. Indigenous heirloom cultivars cultivated at 1700–1900 meters in nitisol soils. Fully natural processed, hand-sorted, dried on raised beds.
Honduras
Medium-dark roast with caramel, spice, and brown sugar profile. Grown by 1500 members of Cafe Organicos Marcala in La Paz. Includes Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties at 1300–1700 meters in clay minerals soil. Fully washed and sun-dried.
Tanzania
Medium-light roast featuring pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry notes. Sourced from small cooperative farmers in Mbeya region. Bourbon and Kent varieties grown at 1200–1900 meters in clay minerals soil. Fully washed and dried on raised beds.
